    2.2 ACHIEVEMENT OF GOALS AND TARGETS:

    Planning and Implementation to achieve targets:

    The task assigned to me was to find out the various candidate communication

    forms at TMI and standardize and implement a functional model easily

    accessible to the employees who are into recruiting process. This was done

    using project management model where I am still working in the discover

    stage of the process.

    In this week I was assigned to complete the quick link chart and Compliance Chart that

    enables me to easily draft out the necessary boiler plates that are required for the

    formation of templates.

    Then I formed an excel sheet that outlines all the process and the respective templates

    required for each process and the boiler plates that are required in every stage.

    In addition to this I even learnt the recruitment process by evaluating the candidates and

    making about 100+ calls for the post of telecaller of TMI, Bangalore. It was a good learning

    experience for me.

    2.3 INTERACTION WITH THE CORPORATE GUIDE:

    I basically interact with my mentor over calls and official mails. We had interactions on

    June 2nd and June 5th on the above topics through mails where he would give me

    assignments and I would mail him back completing them.

  • Then he would evaluate them and suggest corrections. Then I would even interact with

    various employees such as Team leads and HR of the company to learn various other

    processes such as Payroll, Performance management system.

    2.4 PREPARATION OF RESEARCH PLAN:

    Research Title: STANDARDIZING AND IMPLEMENTING A FUNCTIONAL MODEL OF

    CANDIDATE COMMUNICATION AT TMI

    Research Objectives:

    1. To know the various candidate communication forms followed at TMI

    2. To standardize and implement a functional model of candidate communications at

    TMI

    3. To learn and receive knowledge about the various aspects of the company.

    Research methodology:

    Introduction of the problem: A Study conducted to standardize and implement a

    functional model of candidate communication at TMI.

    Research design: Descriptive Research Design

    Sampling design:

    I. Sample Unit: Employees and Managers of TMI (Secunderabad) who are into recruiting

    process and have communication with candidates.

    III. Sample size:

    Expected sample size is 50-100 Respondents.

  • IV. Sampling method: Simple Random Sampling Method will be used to conduct this

    research

    Data Collection method:

    I. Primary Data: It is collected with direct interaction with the employees of TMI.

    II. Secondary Data: Internet is used for collecting secondary data

    Research Instrument: Questionnaire

    It is still in the process of formation and will be submitted at the earliest after a review

    by the corporate mentor.
