How are grades determined?
Each marking period is worth 2/7
The final exam is worth 1/7

Report Cards
Report cards are mailed 3 times a semester.– The first report card of
each semester is held for Parent-Teacher Conference night.
– October 9, 2008 & February 26, 2009
– 2:30-4:30p.m. & 6:30-8:30p.m.
Transcripts
Transcripts are official copies of a student’s academic records.
Transcripts are required for post secondary schooling and most jobs as proof of high school graduation.
Transcripts
Each school shall maintain student permanent records for not less than 60 years after the student has transferred, graduated or otherwise permanently withdrawn from the school. (ILCS 10/4)
CREDITS
Transcripts tell how many credits a student has earned.
District 215 graduates must complete 43 credits in various subject areas.
