Construction Update and Milestones• Notice to Proceed (NTP) was issued March 17, 2017.• Tilt wall panels were completed on August 18, 2017.• Critical path structural steel erection was completed on September 25, 2017.• Roofing work has started and scheduled to dry-in by November 14, 2017.• Window installation to start in October.• Exterior painting has started and is scheduled to complete in October. • Interior work is in progress.• Project will be 40% complete as of October 31, 2017.• Project remains on schedule for Substantial Completion on June 15, 2018.
