Log onto the Huntington School District’s Website at www.hufsd.edu.
On the QuickClicks menu on the top right, click ‘For Parents’ or ‘For
Students’ respectively, and then Parent-Portal or Student-Portal.
For Parents, click on “Online Registration”, then enter the School District
name and create your account. You will need your child’s 9 digit
identification number.
For students, enter your nine digit identification number and then for your
password, you will enter the word, ‘guidance’. Shortly thereafter, you will
be prompted to create a unique password.
Pre-Registration scheduling Process
October Curriculum Guides are posted on line.
January/Feb. Tenth grade students and parents will meet with their school counselor to select courses.
May Course requests will be posted on-line.
June Final placements will be made by teachers and department supervisors.
August Schedules will be posted online.
Pre-Registration Topics
Review courses in progress and the promotion policy.
Provide an overview of graduation requirements, diploma options, and
credits earned to date.
Discuss course selections/electives and NCAA (if applicable).
College and Career Readiness Benchmarks.
Family Connection/Naviance (college, career, and scholarship searches).
Western suffolk boces Wilson tech
Tenth Grade Wilson Tech Orientation at HHS will be held on
Tuesday, January 10th, 2017 (small class programs) and
Wednesday, January 11th, 2017 .
Visitors Day will take place on Thursday, March 10th, 2017.
Visitors Day to Wilson Tech/Huntington will take place on
Wednesday, March 8th, 2017 (for smaller class size programs), and
Thursday, March 16th, 2017.

Log onto http://connection.naviance.com/huntingtonhs
or
Visit our school district’s website at www.hufsd.edu
o Click on the QuickClicks link on the top right
o Click on ‘Family Connection’ under the student tab
How do I register?
Students and parents should have received their codes last year during pre-registration appointments.
See your counselor if you misplaced your code and/or never received one.
Codes are used to create a personal account
Codes are random and alphanumeric for security reasons
Codes can be used only once
If you’re first logging on now, enter your code in the ‘New User’ box, then follow the on-screen instructions.
On subsequent visits, sign in using the ’Returning User’ box.
