Leader in Me School
The Leader in Me:
• Is a process of changing a ‘good’ school culture to a ‘great’ school culture.
• It will involve a common, school wide language.
• By infusing, weaving, and integrating this language into an already strong curriculum, the curriculum will become even stronger.
• By infusing this new language into already strong instructional practices, those practices will become stronger.
• Integrating this language into organizational structures (professional learning, communities, building leadership team, etc.) will strengthen them.
“The Leader in Me process helps develop the essential life skills and
characteristics students need in order to thrive in the 21st century.”
-Stephen Covey
