The Technological Laboratory for quality Cosmob, has a wide range of specialized equipments for the execution of tests and trials on products of the wood-forniture sector. COSMOB labora-tory performs physical, mechanical and chemical tests as well as environmental and product certifications in accordance with the technical standards.

For companies that take care to quality, COSMOB laboratory offers a volunteer and continuous certification service, called CQP, COSMOB Qualitas Praemium.

TECHNICAL TRAINING AS A DIFFERENTIAL

The High Formation School of COSMOB intervenes for the qualification of human resources offering a wide range of specialistics educational paths:

TECHNICAL TRAINING FOR COMPANIES

COSMOB, with the support of his laboratory, provides technical training courses for the qualification of human resources of the company, through training and updating courses aimed to enrich the profes-sional, managerial and technical background of entrepreneurs, corporate executives and technical and sales staff.

The Higher Technical Institute for Wood Furniture offers post-graduate training courses with a dura-tion of two accademic years. The ITS for the Wood-Furniture of Pesaro is dedicated to new technolo-gies for Made in Italy, aims to increase the inclusion of high technical expertise into companies.

The Product Design Master and the Design for baby are courses from the European Social Fund and represent a systematic collaboration between the School of Education for Design and businesses, to start processes of innovation and meaningful exchange of know-how betwe-en the designers and companies.

Higher Technical Education and TrainingProfessional courses are aimed at the specialist technical training with a high degree of knowled-ge and technical and scientific skills.

7ENTRA NEL MONDO COSMOB - Design

DESIGN

PROTOTYPING

COSMOB developed a new space devoted to digital fabrication: FabLab Pesaro, a laboratory dedicated to the creation and development of technological and innovative products.

The team of designers of FabLab Pesaro supports companies offering them a wide range of services: from design to rapid prototyping up to engineering through digital technologies such as 3D printers, CNC cutters, machines for

vinyl cutting as well as electronics instrumentation for interaction improvements of prototypes and objects.

FabLab Pesaro is also a space dedicated to training through practical workshops of experimentation.The training is dedicated especially to individuals, students, and schools and it provides periodic courses enabling the use of the tools for the digital manufacture.

INTERNATIONAL PARTNERSOver the last 10 years COSMOB has consolidated a wide network of international relations through cooperation with major European countries: Belgium, Croatia, Deutschland, France, Great Britain, Greece, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Turkey and especially the Latin American countries: Argentina, Brasile, Colombia, Ecuador. El Salvador and Guatemala, as well as international partners, such as the Nuevo Leon University of Monterrey, Mexico, or the Nanjing University in China.
