Indian cuisine is as diverse as its culture, people, geography, and its climate. The essence of good Indian cooking resolves around the appropriate use of aromatic spices. It is interesting to see an Indian cook at work with a palette of spices, gratuitously sprinkling these powders in exact pinches into the dish in front of him. We at Chutney Ivy aim to bring the most traditional dishes from all corners of the Indian Sub-continent, maintain the classic Indian recipes and enhance the offering with some signature dishes to reflect the changing food trends in modern society. Cooked and prepared in our open plan kitchen by the vastly experienced staff, the menu has been designed after several years of research and experience gained. We will gladly prepare a dish you require that does not appear on the menu, time permitting. Our waiters would be delighted to guide you through our menu and cater for specific tastes.
