What to do if…

• You are absent…• Check the assignment book and the makeup folder for any handouts.

• Get notes from a friend or from the class web page.

• If your printer runs out of ink or otherwise fails to function…

Late work!

• Absolutely no work will be accepted late.

• If you are absent due to illness you have 2 days for each missed day to make up your work.

• If you are gone for a school event or personal/family event you must get your work ahead of time. The assignment will be due on the regular due date.

Can I redo an assignment?

• Yes! If you are not happy with a grade you received on an essay or other writing assignment you may rewrite it and resubmit it for a better grade.

• You must talk to me first and your revisions must show substantial changes to the piece of writing.

What supplies do I need?

• 3 ring binder (1 inch to 1&1/2 inches)

• 4 tabbed dividers• Pens and pencils• Paper for the binder• 2 different colored highlighters

• Small stickie notes
