WELCOME TO THE 2018 NORFOLK AREA PASSPORT PROGRAM!

Let us introduce or reacquaint you with experiences that make our area unique!

We've included a variety of stops for summer fun like restaurants, shops, cultural centers

and landmarks.

Each of the 16 participants have a page in this booklet and will stamp their page with our

custom logo to make your stop OFFICIAL!

Norfolk Farmers Market has been around for 50 years and serves as a place for local farmers to sell locally grown produce. Items for sale include “in-season” food and craft products. We offer anything from asparagus to zucchini, including: tomatoes, potatoes, cabbages, peppers, corn, pumpkins, melon, homemade breads, pies, cookies, eggs, honey, salsa, jellies, and more!

The building that J’s Place is located on was built in the 1920’s and started as a gas station but was changed to a food establishment in the 50’s. The building is located

along the Meridian Hwy in Pierce, Nebraska.

Norfolk Arts Center was founded in 1978 with the purpose of enriching the lives of the people of northeast Nebraska through visual arts. Over the years the mission

has grown to include education, performing arts, and community activities. Norfolk Arts Center exists to serve the community by bringing people and the arts together.

The NAC hosts artists of all varieties, backgrounds and media in its gallery space,

which is always free and open to the public to view.
