Importantly 100% of all money raised goes directly to local families & together we’ve raised over £200,000 thanks to your love of Campfire Marshmallows and our teams incredible fundraising antics. Plus all the 1000’s of meals and Christmas gifts that have been donated each year.

There’s nothing we love more than being able to welcome you all; to enjoy ice-cold milkshakes, amazing cocktails & incredible BBQ. So here’s to keeping the doors open & the smokers fired up.

And for us that’s where it starts - with the smokers. Our

custom smokers

take up to 12 weeks to arrive by sea (and the M6) & like anything good, they’re worth waiting for. Our Ole Hickory smokers come all the way from Missouri whilst our Southern Pride smokers hail from Texas & they settle right into the

heart of our restaurants. We’ve even had to remove windows & doors to make them fit!

But it takes more than a smoker to make our meat taste so tender. Let’s just say “Not all heroes wear capes. Some wear aprons” - and our heroes are our pitmasters. They have

been trained in the art of BBQ and they’d love nothing more than for you to enjoy a dish from our smokehouse. Just take a look at our smokehouse section & let’s get started.

It’s perfect for a night in when you’re craving a HicksFix but can’t get to us. We can now bring our smokehouse to your house!

The Tip Jar These days it’s hard to leave a tip now that cashless payments are on the rise. So we’ve taken the step of adding a discretionary 7.5% contribution to the tip jar onto your bill. All of it goes to your servers, bar team, kitchen team etc along with a donation to ‘Cash for Kids’ - none of it goes to the big cheeses at head office. Of course, if for any reason, you’d prefer not to tip, then just let us know & we’ll just take the 7.5% tip off your bill with no awkwardness. That’s a promise.NB: The average bill for 2 guests is £30.49 which is £2.29 for the Tip Jar.
