Longlife Learning Programme ERASMUS is an international exchange program that integrates european academic community for over twenty years now
Students, Teachers and Staff members of Higher Education Establishment use LLP Erasmus to broaden their experience, study and work at partner institutions - participants of LLP Erasmus Programme
The Military University of Technology (MUT) joined Erasmus in 2002. Since then we have built cooperation in students exchange with 27 european universities

European Credit Transfer System (ECTS) gives students the ability to study abroad and have their grades recognized Europe-wide.
Being an Erasmus student means that you are following an Individual Training Course, and your achievements will be transfered to your school when back from journey.
The MUT uses ECTS catalogue of courses conducted in English language to help you to find the interesting topics.

1951 – 1956 Organization of engineering studies for technical staff of the Polish Armed Forces:(100-200 graduate students per year) MUT acts as a officers school.
1956 – 1965 Transformation from officers school into military technical university:increasing number of academic staff ;development of graduate and postgraduate studies;increasing level of scientific researches.
1965 – 1996 Military University of Technology – one of the largest military university in the world and the leading research centre of military technologies in Poland:
500 - 700 graduates/year;40 - 80 doctors/year;300 - 400 scientific publications/year;200 - 300 research projects/year.
1996 – 2008 Transformation into a military-civilian university:
1997 – beginning of civilian part-time studies;2002 – beginning of civilian full-time studies;2003 – decreasing number of military students;2003 – Parliament’s act transforming MUT into a military-civilian university;2006 – reactivation of the military studies.

Incoming Erasmus students will receive a student identity card that gives:
• access MUT’s buildings and other facilities,• free access to sport facilities,• library account,• discount on public transportation.
With Student Card in handyou will be recognized as a memberof Polish academic community and benefit from it

ACCOMODATION
• Incoming students are eligible to apply for a room at MUT's dormitories, otherwise a flat may be rented

• Forms must be submitted before the end of July

The University campus is located at the western border of Warsaw in proximity to the Kampinos National Park
It is planned as a self-sufficient town with social infrastructure, dormitories, gastronomic and sport facilities, students club, the cinema, banks, stores, a hotel and a post-office
The city centre (also airport and train station) is within easy reach by public transportation
Unique location just on the doorsteps of the magnificent Kampinos Forest makes our University very pleasant and convenient place to study at
