People being dropped off for church are having to get out in the middle of the street instead of safely in the unloading zone. Please do not park in this area on Sunday mornings! Thank you! We will collect donations until the end of May.

Thanks to the volunteers who helped out with the Cathedral Village Arts Festival this past week!

For the month of May, the Outreach Committee will be collecting Feminine Hygiene Products to donate to Regina Transition House. Donations of cash will

also be gratefully received to purchase the products. The donations will be taken to the House on Tuesday!

Indigenous Christian Fellowship’s (ICF) annual *Walk of Faith Hope & Love* (a relaxed and friendly walk, jog, wheel, bike, skate or run followed by a hot dog and drink) is

taking place at the ICF ministry on Pentecost Sunday, June 9th, beginning at 2:00 pm. Darrell is planning to participate in this walk. If you would like to make a pledge to Darrell, please contact him via email ([email protected]) or on Sunday June 2, see Darline Artemchuk. You are also most welcome to join him as together we support this work!

As a wind-up, following our

busy spring, the Anniversary

Unit is planning to go out

for lunch at the Royal

Regina Golf Club on

Monday, June 10th at 12:00

noon. This is a ‘no-host’

event open to all ladies of the congregation, but

we do ask that you call Jean Thue (306-522-0954)

or Elaine Andreas (306-584-5526) no later than

Wednesday, June 5th so we can confirm our

numbers with the Golf Club.

Bring Your Cheque Books and Support the Camp! Today Sunday May 26 we will be recognizing and celebrating Camp Sunday, especially Lumsden Beach Camp. We will also baptize a possible future new camper that Sunday. A special offering will be taken for the work of the camp where many of the kids from Westminster attend each year. Envelopes will be provided. Please make cheques out to Westminster United Church. Help support this vital ministry of the church! And wear your favorite camp outfit!

Oh, and Sundaes will be served during coffee time!
