I was wondering what was my favourite activity in the recent period to impress you…

Well, I think it is laser sailing!

Laser sailing requires a very detailed approach to the setting of sails to perform at the highest level in the wind

The basic setting of the jib and the mainsail, the fine adjustment of the vang, the cunninghamand the running rigging strengthens the same attitude to details and the equilibrium between concentration and agility, usually needed to take decisions, that are required in the management of a business

Team Building is fundamental to get an outstanding performance

A laser is a quite nervous boat that involves the crew in a continuous adjustment of maneuvers and control of the weights in the conduction;

This constant instability pricks the crew, so building a team, even of two, is a great challenge and laser sailing helps acquiring self-control

A typical discussion between Antonio and his shareholder Giovanni on Como lake…..Antonio: we should start a company in Hong Kong to build up a web logistic platform for an import-export business between Italy and China; Giovanni: Ok, but remember that we were working on that real estate project led by your friend in Brazil! We cant do everything. Antonio: yes, but we need to become more international!
