“You Choose”A book I read to my daughter – she has to make choices about a variety of topics:

• Where would you like to go?

• What kind of home would you choose?

• What food would you eat?

• What clothes would you wear?

Aspirations, hopes and dreams start at an early age.

We refine them as we get older and have more life experience and realise that they make not come true e.g. Being a princess, scoring the winning goal in the world cup final!!

What aspiration did these people have?

•Bullied at school for being small•In 2008 broke ankle and couldn’t compete in Beijing Olympic Games.•Overcame this, rebuild her career and now is Olympic champion in the heptathalon

Wanted every American person to have equal rights and opportunities.

No matter how many people believe or don’t believe in you, you must be the ultimate believer in yourself! So…. DREAM

Strengths: Joe has a strong desire to challenge himself in lessons which has assisted his learning. He has shown a good understanding of equivalent fractions, percentages, simplifying algebra and performing calculations with negative numbers.

Areas for improvement: To further improve, Joe needs to practise finding the nth term, use order of operations correctly and perform calculations with fractions, focussing on those with different denominators.
