What IS Client Connect? Client Connect offers a site that the client of an agent can access to interact with the listings returned from a Saved Search setup by the Agent. This is a unique webpage which displays listings with options for the client to set them as a Favorite, Possible or Rejected. Clients will also be able to send and receive comments directly to or from the Agent for each individual listing. Once a client is setup with a Saved Search the Agent will have access to the controls to setup Email Notifications or a Client Connect site. What does your client see? The client will first receive an email from you with the link to their Client Connect site.

Clients should first click on the link to create their password:

Clients should create and then confirm their password; then click Set Password. The ID will be their email address:

School information will only display if the listing agent has entered the school information. No way to auto-fill this info!

Spinner allows the client to view ALL the listing pictures.

After marking listings as Favorites, Possible matches or Rejected matches, clients can review these choices by clicking on the tabs at the top.

While reviewing listings marked as favorites, possible listings or rejected listings, clients will have the ability to “correct” mistakes and change a listing from the rejected list to a favorite, or vice versa:

When a client clicks on Comments from any screen, they are able to send a comment about a particular property that is then sent to you via the Contact Manager in Paragon 5. Message Center screen the client sees:

When you launch the Contact Manager and click on clients with New Activity, the following screen will appear:

The Search Activity bar indicates the client has 13 matches, 1 changed The client has moved 4 listings to the favorites list, 6 to the possible list and 3 to the rejected list and included comments, indicating by the envelopes:

When you click on one of the envelopes, the first screen will indicate the number of listings that have comments attached, the MLS number, address and list price of the property:

Click again on the envelope to open the comment:

You have the option of replying to the comment from here, or you may prefer to call or email the client directly. If you type a comment, simply click “Comment” to send it:

When your client returns to their client connect login, they will see that a new comment has been added to the listing:

The comment will display for the client when they click on the orange Comments button. The comments box displays all comments/messages, almost like a “chat” format:

The client also has the ability to email you directly from the Client Connect website screen, by clicking on the Contact Me tab:

Clients should fill in the information they want to send, then click Submit:

The email is delivered to your regular inbox via Paragon Email as seen below:

The client’s email address is reflected in the From line (cdthemoores@sbcglobal.net)

Your response is delivered to the client’s regular email inbox:

If the client has more than one search saved under their name in Paragon, they can use the Select Source drop down to choose a different search:
