It was a time of fun, renewal, prayer and praise, games, food, laughter and FAMILY. Our speakers for the weekend, Steve and Betsy Potter, spoke openly and honestly about marriage, family, and what the Bible says about both! During the Friday evening, Saturday morning and evening adult sessions, children and youth had their own age appropriate sessions. The entire weekend was not filled with "sessions." Saturday from 1-6 was simply time to be together as family, swimming, canoeing, climbing the rock wall, playing octaball, soccer, board games… It was a weekend of refocus for the families that attended. Thepurpose of the thrift store is to fill the long-term need of women and children that needshelter. Items of clothing, sleeping bags, baby wipes, shoes, coats (all sizes) areaccepted and needed.
