IntroductionWelcome to Stockton Libraries Autumn and Winter 2019/20 edition of ’What’s on in your Library’. This guide details a wide range of events and activities across the Borough for children and young people to enjoy.

For further information on any of the events and activities please contact your local library or visit www.stockton.gov.uk/libraries.

Important InformationChildren 10 years and under must be accompanied by an adult at all events.

Booking is essential for all activity sessions unless noted as a drop-in.

All events and activities are free of charge unless otherwise stated but a donation box will be available if anyone wishes to contribute.

All our events are inclusive, please inform the hosting library if you have any specific requirements and they will do their very best to accommodate you.

Let’s Get Innovative! Stockton Library Service is proud of their digital facilities for the Borough. In Stockton Central Library’s new Innovation Station there are 3D printers, a 3D scanner, a laser cutter and a range of new equipment for people of all ages to develop their digital skills. Whilst in Thornaby Central Library the Imagination Station offers sensory and immersive story-telling experiences, exhibitions and reminiscence with programmes tailored to benefit people living with dementia, autism and learning disabilites. Curious? Check out the range of activities available to you. More events are being planned, so keep your eyes open for further details on the library social media pages or in your local library.
