4 Simple StepsStep 1: Pre-Tan Preparation

Get Buffed® - Hair Away Gentle 4 Minute Formula

Before using any self tanning formula it is essential to prepare your skin properly. The first step in this process is hair removal. This can be accomplished by using our Hair Away Gentle 4 Minute hair removing formula.

This will gently and quickly remove unwanted hair while also providing the much needed hydration your skin craves. Now that your skin is clean and hair free it’s time to exfoliate and balance your skins PH levels. This is done using our Get Buffed® Pre-Tan Body scrub. Get Buffed® uses gentle exfoliators and exotic plant extracts to provide the ultimate pre-tan experience.

Exfoliating and balancing your skins PH levels with Get Buffed® is a critical step in order to maximize your tanning experience.

Step 2: Getting a Base Tan Competition Tanning Accelerator™ - Two Minute Tan® - Sunny Day®

In order to look great for you photo shoot and or competition it is important to have a great base tan. This can be accomplished by using our Pro Tan® Competition Tanning Accelerator with Bronzer.

By using this tanning accelerator you will help to develop a deep dark tan that will make you look perfect for your event, and or photo shoot.

If you would like to deepen and add to your tan then we highly recommend either our Two Minute Tan® or Sunny Day® self tanning lotions. These moisture rich lotions help to slowly tan your skin while also providing you with top quality moisturizers to leave your skin feeling silky smooth. (These are also excellent after competition to allow sunless tan to fade evenly)

Step 3: Competition Color Pro Tan® Overnight Competition ColorWhen it’s time for your photo shoot or your event we all know you need to take your color to the next level. In the previous steps you have learned how to properly prepare you skin and how to develop a solid base tan. Now is when the rubber meets the road and your color goes into the realm of champions. Pro Tan® Overnight Competition Color has been used by top athletes for over 22 years. This is the ultimate self-tanning formula that allows you to achieve a deep, dark, long lasting tan after just one easy application. Best of all… your tan won’t run or streak and fades just like a real tan after 5-7 days.

Step 4: Contest FinishersQuick Bronze® - Hot Quick Bronze® - Muscle Juice® - Muscle Sheen®

Hot Stuff® - Bikini Bite®:To really put your physique on display then you need to highlight it properly. We offer several products that provide you with the perfect sheen for the stage as well as products to highlight your vascularity and to keep your outfits where they need to be. If you are looking for that perfect stage sheen then we recommend either Muscle Sheen® or Muscle Juice® posing oils. If you want to take your color even further then we recommend our Quick Bronze® or our Hot Quick Bronze®. Both of these products have all the great sheen you are looking for with added bronzers for more stage color. If you want to add to your vascularity we highly recommend Hot Stuff® vasodilator. This product will take your shredded physique and launch it into the stratosphere.

For those athletes that worry about keeping there posing trunks or costumes in place we offer our Bikini Bite® suit fastener. This gentle roll on formula helps keep garments gently adhered for hours and washes off with soap and water.

DESCRIPTION:

If you want to optimize the performance of our sunless tanning formulas then this product is mandatory.

This Pre-Tan Face and Body Exfoliator is designed to enhance the absorption of Pro Tan® self tanning formulas for optimum results.

Gentle exfoliators smooth skin allowing a longer lasting sunless tan.

Formulated with natural exfoliators, plant extracts and vitamins to provide the ultimate pre-tan experience.

DIRECTIONS:

Prior to the initial application of Pro Tan® sunless tanning formulas, apply a generous amount of scrub onto palm of hand or cotton wash cloth while showering.

Massage scrub over your entire body with a light amount of pressure. Rinse thoroughly, and repeat if necessary.

Pre-Tan Preparation

Hair Away® Gentle 4 Minute Formula

DESCRIPTION:

Let’s face it no matter how great your body looks you cannot show it off properly without removing unwanted body hair.

This total Body Hair Remover is precisely balanced for all skin types. Removes hair in as little as four minutes. Fortified with Vitamins A&E and rich moisturizers. Fresh Mango Lime sport scent.

DIRECTIONS:

For best results apply product over hair to be removed, covering it completely with a layer about 1/16 inch thick.

Do Not Rub In, check in 4-5 minutes by wiping a small patch of hair with a damp cotton cloth. If hair does not remove easily simply wait 2 more minutes and test again.

Do Not Leave On longer then 10 minutes. Thoroughly remove remaining cream with a damp cotton cloth, rinse with warm water, Do not use soap.

Note* When removing long hair, first snip away excess hair with scissors or shears before applying Hair Away. Please follow precautions on label.

DESCRIPTION:

The ultimate competition self-tanning formula allows you to achieve a deep dark, long lasting tan after just one easy application. Best of all…your tan won’t run or streak and fades just like a natural tan after 5-7days.

This unique formula will not interfere with natural or sun bed tanning and does not contain a sun screen

This product has been trusted by fitness athletes all over the world for nearly 22 years.

DIRECTIONS:

Apply to clean skin. Spray directly onto applicator, brush over desired body areas with lighter strokes around knees, elbows, ankles and hairline. You will get an instant tan, which will serve as a guide for even application and will darken considerably within 3-5 hours.

Allow 30 minutes to dry before direct contact with clothes or water. You may use up to three coats before showering off the excess color allowing the natural tan to show through. *Prior to application make sure you use our Get Buffed® Pre-Tan exfoliator.* If you have never used Pro Tan® Overnight Competition Color Competition before, we recommend to begin application of this product two days prior to your event to make sure you achieve the amazing color that judges love.
