1. Drop In Visitors
Remove extra seating from around your work area (Or, at HOME)
Post a “Do not disturb” sign Use conversational or physical cues
2. Lack of Focus

3. Procrastination
Ask yourself: What is the price of delay? Break tasks into sequence of manageable

Write down 7 roles you identify yourself filling in your life
These roles can be in categories such as: Individual Family member Work Church Community affairs
Goals for Your Roles
Think of 1 or 2 important results you feel you should accomplish in each role during the next 7 days.
Schedule
Now you can look at the week ahead with your goals in mind and schedule time to achieve them
Having identified roles and set goals, you can translate each goal to a specific day of the week, either as a priority item or, even better, as a specific appointment
Even with time set aside to accomplish 19 important goals during the week, look at the amount of remaining unscheduled space on a schedule
