Your Idealease Board of Directors invites you to LEAD THE WAY and attend our 2014 Idealease Annual Meeting on September 4-7, 2014 at The Greenbrier Resort, in White Sulphur Springs, West Virginia. We are very pleased to hold our meeting at this National Historic landmark. The Greenbrier is widely regarded as one of the finest luxury resorts around the world, offering championship golf, fine dining, more than 55 activities, designer boutiques, a world-renowned mineral spa, and a 103,000 square foot gaming and entertainment venue.

The past year has been a historic one for Idealease. We revealed our new brand logo, stated our Core Values of Expertise, Responsiveness and Stability, launched a brand new website, and rolled out a new marketing collateral system of consistent, integrated customer-facing communications materials. The Idealease organization throughout North America has been implementing our rebranding in each market by updating fleet identification, facility signage, web pages, and more.

With the work of rebranding behind us, we now look to the critical task of building on our momentum and executing our strategies throughout all of North America.

We will take our brand to the next level by implementing strategies to LEAD THE WAY in our markets and across North America. Our success depends on how each of us will LEAD THE WAY in demonstrating to our employees, customers, and the industry the value proposition that Idealease offers: our unique market-leading strategy as a leasing company and truck dealerships aligned with the truck manufacturer, and our unparalleled access to highly trained technicians, parts, service, and equipment that allow our customers to concentrate on their own customers while we focus on maximizing vehicle uptime and transportation efficiency.

Our Annual Meeting business sessions will help you to determine the best ways to leverage your capabilities and maximize the opportunities in the coming year, including building a highly motivated and trained employee group, and strategies to grow your lease and rental business profitably.

We invite our valued suppliers to work with Idealease to help us LEAD THE WAY by delivering the most value, the best vehicle uptime, and extraordinary service to our customers.

Please make plans now to attend our 32ND Annual Meeting – and LEAD THE WAY to success in the coming year!

Sincerely,

Fred SchelerChairman, Idealease Board of Directors

Recreation

POOLSOur state-of-the-art Outdoor Infinity Pool, heated to a comfortable 80 degrees, overlooks one of our pictur-esque golf courses. The pool’s zero entry design mimics nature with a seamless border between land and water and creates the illusion of a lakeside getaway at The Greenbrier.

For those who enjoy the warmth and refreshment of an indoor pool, ours offers year-round recreation amidst lovely canopies and colorful furnishings. The Olympic-size pool was remodeled in the late 1940s by Dorothy Draper and is adjacent to the world-renowned mineral spa.

Robes and swimwear may not be worn outside of guest rooms with the exception of the swimming pools and spa. Locker rooms are provided at both pools. The Greenbrier Dress Code must be strictly enforced to ensure the greater enjoyment of all guests.

GOLFThe Old White TPC, the first 18-hole golf course at The Greenbrier, opened in 1914. A legend of Green-brier golf history, the course was named for the well-known Old White Hotel, which stood on the grounds from 1858 to 1922. Every hole is memorable and has a well defined strategy for success. Whether you prefer a challenging approach or one with less risk, and a higher chance of success, you’ll find it on this historic course.

Originally designed by Alexander H. Findlay, The Meadows was dramatically upgraded in 1999 to become a serious test of skill and precision. Most guests agree that The Meadows offers the best photographic opportunities of the three courses with its panoramic views of the surrounding mountains. The Idealease golf tournament will be split between these 2 courses. The golf tournament will be Friday, September 5th with a start time of 1:00pm. The fee is $275.00 for the Old White course and $175.00 for the Meadows, box lunch included. Discounted golf fees have been negotiated for regular play for Idealease Attendees and their guests.
