Youth Employment Services (YES) Nunavik is a project managed by the Kativik Regional Government to support the socio-professional integration of all young-adult Nunavimmiut aged between 16 and 35.

YES Nunavik offers many services to help youth develop their personal skills, identify employment needs, further their education, as well as acquire entrepreneurial values. To ensure the implementation of innovative projects that promote success, YES Nunavik is teaming up with local and regional partners.

YES Nunavik Mandate: Develop innovative and alternative projects for

youth. Prepare youth to be fully involved in the growth of

their community, active citizens and reliable employees.

Support and prepare youth to integrate the jobmarket.

Support youth to stay in school, go back to school orfurther their education.

YES Nunavik Services: Day-to-Day Services

• Action plans tailored to the specific needs of clientsand monitoring.

• Professional and educational information, as well asreferrals to other resources.

Entrepreneurship Services • Entrepreneurship value development• Assistance to help youth to develop and implement

Special Projects and Activities • Collective projects (arts, excursions, foreign
