Why AYSO?
AYSO's Mission is to develop and deliver quality youth soccer programs which promote a fun, family environment based on AYSO's Six Philosophies:
Sharing the love of Jesus Christ by providing life-changing spiritual, educational, and wellness opportunities.
3
AYSO Philosophies 1. Everyone Plays – every child, two left feet or highly talented, deserves playing
time to develop their skills and a love of the game
2. Balanced Teams – a close game is a lot more fun than 8-0, we attempt to balance all of teams within a given age division
3. Open Registration – any child may join, we even have scholarships available for those families who are financially challenged.
4. Positive Coaching – positive and educational; training coaches to balance their competitive edge with positive child development
5. Good Sportsmanship – handshakes at the end of the game, and much more … educating kids and parents on best practices
6. Player Development – developing every player to the best they can be, that 2 left footed kid and those who will play high school and college! (Only 22, max, make the varsity team!)
