THE HONOR OF GOD
"GLORY"
Exodus 33:13 "Now therefore, I pray thee,
if I have found favor in thy sight, show me
now thy ways, that I may know thee and
find favor in thy sight. Consider too that
this nation is thy people."
14 And he said, "My presence will go with
you, and I will give you rest."
Exodus 33:18 Moses said, "I pray thee,
show me thy glory."
Exodus 33:19 And he said, "I will make all
my goodness pass before you, and will
proclaim before you my name `The
LORD'; and I will be gracious to whom I
will be gracious, and will show mercy on
whom I will show mercy."
Jeremiah 9:23 Thus says the LORD: "Let
not the wise man glory in his wisdom, let
not the mighty man glory in his might, let
not the rich man glory in his riches;
Sin- seeking honor in anything else
24 but let him who glories glory in this, that
he understands and knows me, that I am
the LORD who practice steadfast love,
justice, and righteousness in the earth; for
in these things I delight, says the LORD."

Jeremiah 2:5 This is what the LORD says:
"What fault did your fathers find in me,
that they strayed so far from me? They
followed worthless idols and became
worthless themselves.

2 Chronicles 31:21 And every work that he

did with all his heart, and prospered.
