Overview The National Association of Black Accountants, Inc. (NABA) host four annual student conferences in the Central, Eastern,

Southern and Western regions of the United States. The conferences are attended by students pursuing undergraduate and

graduate degrees in accounting, IT, finance, economics, and general business. The Western Region Student Conference

(WRSC) is held in a city in the Region, hosting over 300 students from approximately 50 colleges and universities.

States Represented Students attending the conference primarily come from

schools located in three states located in the Western Region.

The attendance is comprised mostly of students based in the

Southwest and West Coast.

Classifications Student membership and conference attendance is open

to students from freshman to graduate school. The

students are pursuing bachelor and master’s degrees in

accounting (77%), finance (7%), economics, and

general business (10%).
