Why We Run The Bridge A Personal Note Michael and Heidi Brunswick have been running in the Cooper Norcross Run the Bridge Presented by AmeriHealth New Jersey for the past four years as long as their sevcn-ycar-old son, Ryan, has been a student at Larc School. The Brunswicks are avid sportspeople, but their interest in Lares annual Run the Bridge grew not from their love of sports, but from their love for Ryan. "We choose to be active in Larc events because the teachers and therapists at Larc give so much time and effort to our family, we feel that we need to do the same for the school," said Mr. Brunswick. The Brunswicks live in Mount Laurel with Ryan and their two-and-a-half-year-old daughter, Madison. Sadly, Ryan's twin sister, Samantha, passed away at one year of age due to complications of prematurity. We choose to be active in Larc events because the teachers and therapists at- Larc give so much time and effort to our family, we feel that we need to do the same for the school. "The people at the Larc are fun to be around, so it isn't a chore to help at events with the faculty and staff," said Mr. Brunswick. "It's tike a party." For the past three years, he and his wife have been active in recruiting volunteers to help set up for the run on the Saturday before the event.
