Wild Dog 4x4® tree trunk protectors are manufactured from Polyester webbing.

Polyester has low stretch and is both lightweight and durable. The Wild Dog 4x4®

tree trunk protector has a 10,000kg breaking load and is designed to be slung

around a tree for use as an instant anchor point.

The 90mm wide webbing is kind to the tree and prevents the possibility of ring barking, which is common when wire rope or

chain is used.

Wild Dog 4x4® Snatch Straps are manufactured from 100% Nylon webbing.

Nylon has a very high stretch (Can be in excess of 20% at the breaking load)

and as such is an excellent material for the snatching recovery of a vehicle.

60mm x 8,000 kg (WDKS008009) are Standard stock snatch strap, other

snatch straps listed below may require a lead time of up to 2 week from

receipt of order.

Even Pull Rigging a kinetic recovery rope in this manner reduces stress to the individual recovery points on the vehicle and lessens the chance of tweaking the frame during difficult extractions. Kinetic The Wild Dog 4x4® kinetic recovery rope is the ultimate recovery rope. During vehicle extraction, the kinetic rope stretches and absorbs enormous energy from the pulling vehicle. This energy is then transferred to the stuck vehicle, resulting in an extremely effective and efficient vehicle recovery.

Stretch characteristics will reduce relative to the amount of use and can lose 10% of its tensile strength when wet. Shock absorbing Under max load, a kinetic recovery rope will stretch up to 40%. This stretch helps relieve the jerking action commonly felt during vehicle recovery, effectively reducing the amount of stress put through a vehicle and its occupants. Strong Professionally hand-spliced in the RSA, the kinetic recovery rope is comprised of an Fibre Dyed Orange Nylon to provide maximum strength and protection from the elements.

Winch extension straps

Wild Dog 4x4® winch extension straps are manufactured from 100% Polyester

webbing. Polyester has low stretch and is both lightweight and durable. The

wild dog 4x4 winch extension straps has a 7,000kg / 14,000kg breaking load

and is designed to extend the length of your winch wire rope enabling greater

flexibility and increased options for vehicle recovery. These Straps also comes

with a protective sleeve to extend the life of the strap.

Wild Dog 4x4® winch extensions straps have reinforced eyes.

WDWE010004 (10m Long) is standard stock. The 20m listed below may

require a lead time of 1 - 2 week from receipt of order.

Dampener will absorb rope energy if rope failure occurs when pulling a heavy load. Heavy-duty material with neon orange tape for visibility features storage pockets for shackles, pulley blocks, or straps.

The safety damper is a recovery safety device that has been designed to reduce the whipping action of a winch rope/cable/strap in the event of failure and diminishes the possibility of vehicle damage and/or personal injury.

The safety damper should be placed in the middle of the winch rope, cable or strap. To install, simply pull apart the Velcro, drape the damper over the rope/cable/strap and compress the Velcro back together. Add dirt, sand in inside dampener pockets for added weight.

Safety dampers are now mandatory for most off-road competition events; winch like the pros!
