Discovered six new bedrock gold zones at Wilding Lake in Q4/16 and two in Q3/17 demonstrating astrong gold system that include saw-cut channel samples of:

ANTLER GOLD INC. - Previous Exploration 2016, 2017 and 2018

• Drill results include gold intercepts of 10.01g/t over 5.35m including 49.92g/t over 0.98m (Elm Zone), and 1.51g/t over 11.0m (Red Ochre Complex). • One drill hole tested an approximate 7.0 km long by 2.0 km wide magnetic anomaly returning 0.46g/t over 11.75m including 5.06g/t over 0.5m in

sheared contact between conglomerate and underlying gabbro. • Demonstrated the high gold potential of the Wilding Lake Project and district. • Gold identified within a number of different geological settings that will be the target for further drilling programs.• Gold mineralization is coarse, producing a high nugget effect, and associated with sulphide mineralization often occurring as localized pods within

quartz veins that can be missed with too few drill holes testing the target.• A 2nd phase comprehensive drill program is warranted to fully test the gold zones.

• Alder/Taz Zone: 6.0g/t over 8.5m, 8.7g/t over 6.7m, 49.3g/t over 4.6m, and 28.8g/t over 1.0m.• Cedar-Elm Zone: 101.5g/t over 0.5m, 93.1g/t over 1.3m, and 18.0g/t over 1.2m.• Red Ochre Complex: Grab Samples 24.0g/t, 14.3g/t, 15.2g/t, 1.9g/t.• Raven Zone: Four grab sample assays returned: 273.8, 15.4, 13.6 and 3.5 g/t.• Only 6km of total 140km gold prospective strike extent systematically explored.

Successful Wilding Lake initial drill program (Q4/17): 30 drill holes for total of 2,599 m:

8

Successful soil sampling programs conducted on Noel Paul and Crystal Lake blocks in Q3/18:• Noel Paul: 931 samples in 2017 and 2817 samples in 2018 on 200m lines at 25m intervals resulted in several anomalies to be followed up on.• Crystal Lake: 1823 samples taken, same spacing as Noel Paul also resulting in several anomalies to be followed up on.

Continue detailed and regional gold-in-soil sampling programs that have proven successful indiscovering the gold occurrences at Wilding Lake :

ANTLER GOLD INC. – Future Wilding Lake Exploration Programs

- Expand and infill successful 2017-2018 soil grids on Noel Paul, Crystal Lake and Cape Ray which identified Au-in-soilanomalies associated the regional Rogerson Structural Corridor to define new prospective drilling targets.

General- Demonstrated high potential for additional gold discoveries – only 6 km explored in any significant detail- Gold identified within a number of different geological settings including nuggety-gold in quartz veins, disseminated

gold (bulk tonnage targets) in altered porphyry, and gold mineralization along the contact between Rogerson Lake Conglomerate and a large blind, positive magnetic anomaly

Second phase comprehensive drill program is warranted to fully test the gold zones.- Expand both the Elm and Raven Zones along strike and to depth,- Test the Alder-Taz Zone with a different drill hole orientation to better understand gold-bearing vein geometry,- Expand the Red Ochre (RO) feldspar porphyry mineralization,- Test the RO-style feldspar porphyry rock units that trend across the entire length of the property which significantly

increases the potential to discover new gold occurrences and,- Target the new discovery gold bearing conglomerate and gabbro contact aureole that underlies a significant portion

of the Wilding Lake project.

that underlies a significant portion of the

Wilding Lake project

Test the RO style feldspar porphyry rock units (mag

high units) that trend across the entire length of the

property which significantly increases the potential to

discover new gold occurrences

14

Three styles of gold mineralization have been identifiedon the Wilding Lake block:

1. Shear-hosted quartz-tourmaline veins withinRogerson Lake Conglomerate that are reminiscent ofveining at Marathon’s Valentine Lake deposits. Theseinclude the Alder-Taz, Dogberry, Elm-Cedar and Ravenzones. All zones remain open along strike and to depthand require additional drilling.

2. Disseminated gold at the Red Ochre Complex (amagnetite-bearing feldspar porphyry). The complex hasa distinctive positive magnetic pattern that is quiteextensive on the Wilding Lake Block.

3. The Rogerson Lake Conglomerate – buried gabbrocontact. A large positive magnetic anomaly(approximately 7.0 km long by 2.0 km wide) underliesthe Rogerson Lake Conglomerate.

Three drill holes tested the Alder Zone returning core sample gold results of:

WILDING LAKE – Alder-Taz Zone Drilling

• Hole WL-17-02: 0.90 g/t over 1.93 m (poor core recovery in zone, lost approximately 1.0 m of core); Hole WL-17-03: 2.02 g/t over4.90 m including 11.14 g/t over 0.5 m and 4.34 over 0.5 m; and Hole WL-17-04: 0.46 g/t over 0.90 m.

Three drill holes tested the Taz Zone yielding gold sample values of:

• Hole WL-17-05: 0.5 g/t over 3.8 m; Hole WL-17-06: 0.96 g/t over 5.95 m including 2.26 g/t over 0.90 m; and Hole WL-17-07: 1.09 g/t over 4.55 m including 2.58 g/t over 0.55 m and 1.76 g/t over 1.0 m.

Drill holes did not return sample assay results consistent to those encountered in the trench saw-cut channel sample results that included:

• Alder Zone: 6.0g/t over 8.5m, 8.7 g/t over 6.7m and 49.3g/t over 4.6m.• Taz Zone: 28.8g/t over 1.0m, 12.2g/t over 0.9m and 14.6g/t over 0.65m.

Further drilling is warranted to continue to fully test the potential:

• Gold mineralization is coarse with a high nugget effect,• Sulphide mineralization in localized pods within quartz veins that can be missed with too few drill holes testing the target, and• Orientating drill holes to a more northerly direction may better cross-cut and intersect the gold bearing array of sub-vertical

extensional quartz vein sets.

• RO located immediately south of the conglomerate/felsic volcanic contact.

• Brittle fracture style quartz veins and quartz stockworks hosted in feldspar porphyry.

• Sulphide mineralization disseminated and fracture fill pyrite stringers.

• Two drill holes drilled under discovery trench returned gold sample results consistent to the trench channel sample results:

• Hole WL-17-11 returned gold results of 0.32 g/t over 15.0 m and 1.51 g/t over 11.0 m.

• Hole WL-17-12 drilled underneath Hole Wl-17-11 returned 0.22 g/t over 16.0 m and 0.98 g/t over 17.0 m.

• RO gold-bearing feldspar porphyry unit, together with the associated anomalous gold-in-soil sample results, is a major new property wide gold target for further focused drilling programs.

• The feldspar porphyry unit is regionally well defined by a series of linear airborne magnetic high features that trend across the property in a northeast direction for approximately 8.5 kilometres within the regional gold bearing structural corridor.

• Trenching exposed minimum 3.0m wide shear zone with significant quartz veining with pyrite, chalcopyrite and malachite mineralization in the Rogerson Lake conglomerate.

• Four grab sample assays returned: 273.8, 15.4, 13.6 and 3.5 gpt Au.

• Diamond drill hole core sample gold results: • Hole WL-17-08: 1.44 g/t over 5.1 m including 3.19 g/t over

0.75 m, and• Hole WL-17-09 drilled underneath Hole WL-17-08: 0.96 g/t

over 5.15 m including 2.53 g/t over 1.0 m.

• Drilling under the trench did not encounter significant concentration of pyrite, chalcopyrite and malachite mineralization.

• Possibly due to the drill hole missing the poddy sulphide mineralization within quartz veins observed in the trench.

• Warrants further drill testing along strike and at depth since the zone has an early drill estimated potential width of 5.0 m wide, and an increased number of drill holes are required to intersect the poddy nature of the mineralization.
