In providing you with a summary of our neighborhood outreach, we simply mailed the enclosed letter to 

the list of Belmont residents you provided, see enclosed. We only received one written response, see 

enclosed letter from Anthony Pace at 2331 Buena Vista Ave. We also spoke to some of our other 

neighbors and the feedback was positive, they were happy for us and mentioned that the remodel 

would improve the curb appeal of our street.
