Wood CharacteristicsWood is a natural material and sothere will be characteristics withinour products that are unique toeach individual piece. Distressing,grain detail, colour differences andon some more rustic pieces,natural knotting can be present.Wood is also prone to very slightmovements due to climate change.This is perfectly normal and weallow for these movements withinour designs.

Painted FinishesThe hand finishing of eachindividual item results in a subtlevariation in finish between piecesand gives the range uniquecharacter. Over time, hairlinecracks may appear in the paintfinish where there are joints. This isa natural part of the ageing processwhich occurs on all paintedfurniture.
