Bolt Retainer Installation

Step 1:Insert Roller into Roller Carrier (Figure A).

Step 2: Hammer the 7/16“ Bolt Retainer onto the Roller Shaft, using a 9/16” socket or 9/16” Closed End Wrench (shown) and a hammer (Figure A). Once the Bolt Retainer has been installed it will be virtually impossible to remove without damaging the retainer.

Note: Bolt Retainers will need to be installed on Rollers in both Bottom Fixtures (Figure B), all Roller Carriers (Figure C) and both Top Fixtures (Figure D) as well.

Step 3: Repeat for each Roller as required

Additional Jamb Bracket Attachment (Figure E)

Continued from the Basic Instructions, Page 3, Step 11.

Step 1: Starting with the slot at 10“ from the bottom of the vertical

of the track as shown in Figure F.

Step 2:Attach the Jamb Bracket with (1) 1/4” x 5/8” Track Splice Bolt and (1) 1/4”-20 Hex Nut. Hand tighten. Repeat this step attaching the three other Jamb Brackets into the slots at 21”, 42” & 63“ from the bottom of the track.

Note: Failure to install the Jamb Brackets in the correct slots will result in your door not passing local inspection.
