The house sits on high ground so you can see right the way across the valley all the way to Eastbourne – on a clear day you can even see the ships out at sea.”

My parents did bits and pieces to update it, and they added a gorgeous sunroom, which is the real focal point of the house, but although the house as a whole is just delightful, I’d say that it has lots of potential so the new owners could come in and really put their stamp on it.”
