3. Materials to be conveyed
The library consists of technology-specific conveyor elements. All elements can be parameterized in size and can be edited with the WinMOD SIMLINE Assistant and combined to create new plant layouts. If further conveyor elements are required, a customer-specific SIMLINE library can be developed by Mewes & Partner.
- KUKA Industrial Robots - KUKA Series 2000- KUKA Series Quantec Extra- KUKA Series Quantec Ultra
- Standard Conveyor Materials
With SIMLINE light barriers different real sensor types can be simulated, which geometricallyaccurate register the materials to be conveyed. They are generated conveyor-specifically and can be positioned online by WinMOD.
· The material is generated at the SIMLINE source and can be changed, transferred or deleted via freely positionable SIMLINE operands and SIMLINE sinks.
· Materials can be dynamically parameterized in length, height, width and color and can contain additional internal data such as ID-number or weight.
· Specific materials can be individually specified and developed by Mewes & Partner.
