Partying a the St James this festive season? Make the most of your time and stay with us so when the party
stops, you don’t have to!
Check-in from 2pm and get ready in one of our beautiful rooms before heading over to your party. Plus
you won’t have to worry about getting home after an evening of celebrating. Complete your stay with our
renowned ‘St James Breakfast’ in the morning before your departure from the hotel.
The overnight packages are non-refundable and require advance payment in order to make the booking.

Can we add people to our party?Unless we are completely sold out, we will always do our best
to squeeze them in!
Is there a cash bar on the night?Yes, all our bars accept cash and card, however, the pre-
ordered drinks packages are simply a great way to save money
– these are unavailable to purchase on the night.
What is the minimum booking?There are no minimum numbers. Parties of less than 10 guests
may be mixed with other groups.
How will our group be seated?Our round tables seat 10 people. Larger numbers are split over
tables located directly next to each other.
Guests booking in smaller groups will be seated on a table
with our other guests.
Can we do a table plan for our party?Yes of course, we seat parties in groups, but you are welcome
to come and add your own name places to the table on the
night.
I have a food allergy - do I need to tell you?That is not a problem – we will try to cater for any allergies
you may have. Please notify our events team of your specific
requirements at the time of booking.
What should I wear?Guests are asked to wear smart attire for our party nights and
New Year celebration. Absolutely no jeans, t-shirts, trainers or
sportswear will be allowed.
Can each member of our party pay separately?Unfortunately not – payment is only accepted from the party
organiser – multiple cheques/payments will not be accepted.
How do I receive confirmation of payments and booking from you?All our correspondence is now via email so you will receive
everything from us in the most efficient way possible.
I’ve pre-ordered drinks, how do I collect it on the night?Your drinks will be waiting for you (chilled if suitable) on your
table as you take your seat.
When will I receive my tickets?We do not send out physical tickets. Entry to the venue is via a
guest list system by quoting the company or party organiser’s
name. Your booking will be confirmed by email.
Where do I park my car?Parking is available at the NCP St. James’s Street car park next
to the hotel for a discounted price of £14 per 24 hours for hotel
residents. Subject to change without notice.

• Once near the city centre, follow signs for
Nottingham Castle.
• When close to Nottingham Castle, you shall turn
off a dual carriageway (Maid Marian Way) and be
heading towards the Castle gates on Friar Lane.
• Drive towards the end of Friar Lane and follow
the road sharp right (with the Castle gates on
the left side of the road at the corner).
• Upon turning right, take the next road on the
right (after 50 yards) onto Rutland Street. The
hotel is on the left, before the entrance to the
NCP car park.
• Parking is available at the NCP St. James’s Street
car park next to the hotel for a discounted price

A booking is confirmed on receipt of a completed booking form and required deposit. After seven days, if the completed booking form and deposit are not received the provisional reservation will be released. All monies are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-amendable. All cancellations need to be communicated in writing. St James Hotel will endeavour to accommodate all late menu or detail changes but will not be held responsible for changes communicated less than 2 weeks prior to the event. Non-payment of the final balance by the due date will render your booking void. St James reserves the right to refuse admission and to remove from the event any person who’s condition in the opinion of St James Hotel staff, interferes, or is likely to interfere with the enjoyment of the event by other participants. St James Hotel does not accept any responsibility in respect of any person prevented from entering the event or asked to leave due to their conduct. St James Hotel will take every
care to honour commitments but reserves the right to amend or alter all or part of the programme of St James Hotel and regrets that it will not accept liability for errors, omissions or cancellations. St James Hotel reserves the right to make changes to the advertised menu, if supply of ingredients is hindered. No other menu choices or changes to the food are available other than advertised. The only exception to this being if there is a special dietary requirement. St James Hotel does not accept liability and shall not be liable for non-completion of the event, or for any delays arising as a result of strikes, riots or lockouts affecting any trade with which St James Hotel is concerned. Loss, damage or cancellation due to fire, adverse weather or any other course beyond its control. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the English Law and in the unlikely event of a dispute, the parties shall submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. The liability of St James Hotel in respect of any breach of these terms and conditions, including any applied terms shall not be extended to any consequential loss whatsoever suffered by the client or their guests.
