Connecting the DPG-2100
1. Attach the wireless antenna to the antenna connector on therear panel. Secure the antenna in place by rotating the knobat thebaseof theantennaclockwise.Besure theantenna issecureandinanuprightposition.
2. ConnectastandardVGAorDVI-DmonitorcabletotheconnectorlabeledVGAorDVI-Dontherearpanel.Youmayconnecttoaprojectororacomputermonitor.
3. Attach the external power adapter to the power connectorlocatedontherearpanelandplugthepoweradaptertoanACpoweroutlet.
4. When the DPG-2100 is connected to a monitor or projectorandfullybooted,abannerscreenwillappear.TheSSIDwillbedisplayedonthescreen.ThedefaultSSIDisprojector-0.
5. Openyourwirelessutility foryouradapterandconnect to theprojector using the displayed SSID (in infrastructure mode).Mostwirelessutilitiesofferasitesurvey.Click thesitesurveyandconnecttoprojector-0.

Oncethe installation iscomplete, theDPG-2100utilityscreenwillappear.Youmaynowclosethewebbrowserscreen.
Note: Itisrecommendedthatyoucloseyourcurrentwirelessutility.The DPG-2100 utility will control the wireless connection to theDPG-2100fromnowon.
The main page will display wireless information such as status,speed,andsignalstrength.
TheprojectorInformationsectionwilldisplaythestatus,resolution,andcolorquality.
In a multi-presenter environment, to switch presenters, the firstpresentermustclickConnect/Disconnecttodisconnect.ThenthenextpresentercanclickConnect/Disconnectfromhiscomputertotakecontroloftheprojector.
Click the Freeze button to take a screen shot of your computer(without the utility) which will display through the projector. ClickUnfreezetogobacktonormaldisplay.

SelectSettingstoconfiguretheprojectorsettingssuchaspasswordsetup,firmwareupgrade,networksettings,andwirelesssettings.
Bydefault,thereisnopassword.YoumayclickPasswordSetuptoenteranewpassword.ThispasswordwillbeneededonlytoaccesstheSettingssection.
SelectUpgrade Firmwaretoseeifanewfirmwareisavailable.TheDPG-2100mustbeconnectedtotheInternetviatheEthernetport.The device will automate the firmware upgrade process if a newfirmwareisavailable.

The wireless settings will allow you to change the SSID and theChannel.Youmayusechannels1-11.
TheSSIDmusthavetheprefixof“projector-”.Youcanonlychangethenumberattheend.
The network settings are only for the Ethernet port on theDPG-2100.ThisisfordownloadingfirmwareupgradesandprovidingInternetaccesstopresenters.Bydefault,thedeviceissettoObtain an IP Address Automatically.
IfyouareusingstaticIPaddressesonyournetwork,entertheIPsettingsmanually.

ChecktheEnter the Projector Access Number to begin projectingboxtosecuretheDPG-2100(refertothetopimageonpage9).Theaccessnumberwill bedisplayedon theprojectedscreensoonlypersonswhoare invisual contactwith thedisplaywill beable tocontrolthedevice.
EntertheaccessnumberandclickOK.
