Sahrdayaaspirestocreateasustainable,equal-opportunityenvironmentgoodforanall-rounddevelopment of women members of the campus community, both professionally andpersonally.

Theinstituteconstantlystrivestoensurethatwomenfromalldomainsoflife,residinginorvisitingthecampus,aretreatedwithrespectanddignity.ToCreatethecampus-environmentsafeforwomen–freefromexploitation,sexualharassment,andviolenceofanynatureistheultimate goal ofwomen cell. The cell organizes orientationprograms for new students andemployees,conductingworkshopsandopenhousesforvarioussectionsofthecommunity.

Towards catering to the needs of our female staff and students for their personal needs, a mini-store is functioning in our Administrative Block namely “ SHE Care”.
