1. OVERVIEW

Women Web Portal is about women related-things built by existing CMS it is called Drupal.

Women Web Portal belongs to the Open Institute since 2006, managed by women team.

Women Web Portal is a Khmer website by using Khmer Unicode character.

To run Women Web Portal, we need the following requirements:

PHP5

MySQL5

Apache2

(AppServ is recommended)

Women Web Portal can run on many OS such as Linux, Win XP, win 2000, win 2003...

have registered in the web portal?

Do you want to search how many users having permission as administrator or content developer?

Do you want to block any user account in black list?

Do you want to delete a user?

Do you want to change the password?

To determine or take out the user permission you can go to:

We have 4 user permissions as above:1- Administrator is the super user, absolutely it control the whole website.2- Anonymous is the guest user or visitor that not having any account in the website.3- Authenticated is the registered user, mostly it can do only a few things up to administrator user control it.4- Content Developer is a type of user that created by third-party and is authorized by Administrator.

Web site has structure as block, Left and right sidebar are built by blocks.

All blocks as you are seeing, they are not published yet. But you still can publish it to the website by choosing Left or right sidebars, if you don't want to publish it pleasechoose NO () and scroll it down --> click on button

7- Women Portal Structure

Women Web Portal is built by usingDrupal, so this section you will know what women portal structure is.

To get a wonderful website like Women Web Portal, you must customize theme under the root /site/all/themes/women/

The most of customization are using a few files like: page.tpl.php, style.css, ie.css

Note: page.tpl is a master file, it is whole layout of the website.
