• July 2011: EPF organised a European conference on “The Rights and Needs of Older Patients” in Warsaw, Poland, in order to raise awareness of the project progress

• EPF Mailing was used to maintain communication with external audience.

• Presentations have been made to disseminate in different events

Dissemination is an activity which involves all partners and needs collaborative work

EPF is working closely with CPME and asked for partners collaboration to accomplish several tasks

Also for activities in progress, partners collaboration is very important

• To explore potential dissemination activities in relation to events included in the dissemination strategy

• For the creation of a tool to report their dissemination activities

EPF will take a lead on the content of the website, and use it for:

• Dissemination purpose (external communication)

• Share information between partners (internal communication)
