The Gantry is Pier One’s one hatted restaurant, led by Head Chef Thom Gorringe. Celebrating modern Australian cuisine, the menu is a testament to our chef’s passion for exploring different flavour combinations showcasing the possibilities inherent in a single or handful of fresh ingredients.
The Gantry has distinct character and charm that comes from the rich-raw approach to re-purposing the existing heritage structures of the building. Exposed wooden beams and original steel framing combine with chocolate timber floors and floor-to-ceiling glass doors that open onto the pier.
The Gantry offers a stylish venue for those looking for an elevated dining experience in a premium water side location. The Gantry Garden and Marquee offers an intimate setting for up to 60 guests, the perfect outdoor break to wow your attendees.

AV, STYLING & SECURITY
Expert Audio Visual
Pier One Sydney Harbour is proud to offer experienced AV services through ‘Expert Audio Visual’ our event partners. Our on-site AV and event services manager will provide technical advice and competitive quotations in relation to audio and lighting services.
Decorative Events
Priding themselves on service speed, reliability and quality. Decorative Events are the one stop shop for event styling including furniture, floral designs, theming ideas, corporate branding and more. This is all brought together by their elite team of innovative designers and stylists.
Security
Security is required for all functions that exceed 3 hours where there will be consumption of alcohol. The cost for security will be paid by the client.
PAYMENTS
What are the deposit & payment arrangements?
Upon confirming your reception with Pier One Sydney Harbour, we will issue a contract at which time you will have 3-7 days to sign and return with a 25% deposit.
A second deposit will be due 6 months prior to the event date & full prepayment will be due 30 days prior to your party.
Public Holiday dates incur a 10% – 15% surcharge.
All prices quoted are inclusive of GST.
