• La Regione Lazio contribuisce per circa il 10% alle emissioni di gas serra nazionali

• La Regione Lazio è tra le Regioni con la maggiore potenzialità di imprese “Green”

• La Regione Lazio è tra quelle con la maggiore complessità strutturale (grandi centri urbani, centri ad alta produzione fossile – Montalto, Civitavecchia, nello stesso tempo vasti territori rurali, piccoli comuni, comunità montane, aree naturali di pregio)

CONTESTO

Quale energia per il Lazio ?

• La nostra Regione deve avere obiettivi ambiziosi sulla riduzione delle emissioni di gas serra

• La migliore Energia è quella che non si consuma e si ricicla

• Trasformare il mercato energetico da “business commodity” a “public commodity”

• Incentivare la produzione di energia nei luoghi dove deve essere consumata (Energia Km0) , favorire reti intelligenti

• Ridurre i costi energetici per le piccole e medie imprese

• Incrementare il recupero dei materiali a fini energetici (connessioni con agricoltura, biomasse forestali, spreco alimentare)

• Incrementare ricerca ed innovazioni sulle tecnologie, tra cui fondamentale sistemi di stoccaggio energetico (metano, batterie organiche etc.) e sistemi avanzati di controllo e telecontrollo dei consumi

• Pieno sfruttamento dei fondi Europei per incentivi energetici, sviluppo tecnologie, investimenti strutturali, formazione e riqualificazione di risorse umane.

• Piano di sviluppo occupazionale con obiettivi e target misurabili
