She has given evidence to child protection inquiries in QLD & Victoria and Royal Commission into Institutional Responses to Child Sexual Abuse in 2017. Additionally, Jatinder is also member of Australian Association of Social Workers and on Advisory Board of Sikh Helpline Australia.
