§ Working internet connection is needed to access to the portal.
§ Workstation administrator rights are needed for installing the required components.

4. INSTALLATION PREREQUISITES
1. WORKSPACE
§ “WORKSPACE" is the platform that allows you to access all the resources you use on a daily basis.
§ You can access this solution through the Digital P@ssauthentication method.
§ This system provides secure remote connection when you are on a non-VISION workstation.
§ Highly Connected : You can access your resources through different devices (laptops, tablets, smartphones).
§ Cross-Platform :The platform “WORKSPACE” runs on different operating systems: Mac, Linux and Windows.
§ Cross-Browser : “WORKSPACE” is developed for multiple browser: Internet Explorer, Chrome and Safari.

Start the installation process
Open the link provided in the email via the browser you prefer.
Enter your GGI in the field provided.
A. Enable authentication
Once the request has been made by your delivery manager (local contact IT), you will receive a generic email from:[email protected]

Proceed with your registration by using the enrollment code you have received.

Launch the application. Ensure to Allow the app to send you notifications.

Open your app distribution platform on your smartphone (App Store or Play Store).Install the new app « Memority ».
Accept the Terms & Conditions.

Select « Mobile ».
Click on « Validate ».

Type « TOTAL » as tenant name.

9 Proceed with your registration by entering the enrollment code you received (step 5).
§ Manually :
Enter the enrollment code in the field provided.
§ Automatically :
Scan the QR code displayed on your web page by using the camera of your smartphone.
Click on the arrow to continue.
The configuration has been successfully completed. Click on the arrow to validate.
Set a password (from 7 to 16 alphanumeric characters with at least one number and one letter)
In case you haveALREADY enrolled your
web browser.
In case it is the FIRST time you enroll your web
browser
Remember to memorize your password. It will be requested to you every time you connect !
Enter your GGI and click on the arrow.
Your smartphone is now registered to Digital P@ss !

B. Activate Fingerprint on your mobile phone

1 Authenticate yourself to « Memority » app by entering your password
2 Activate Fingerprint.
Click on setting button , then select « Biometry ».
Enter again your password and accept the warning message.

Register your Browser
Enter the password by which you subscribed before. Otherwise, create a password (from 7 to 16 alphanumeric characters with at least one number and one letter).

Install the « Helium Back » add-on. Click on the link displayed on the web page.

4 Select the device you use as authentication means.In this case, select « Mobile Code ».
5 You will be redirected to the following page. A message will appear to confirm that a notification has been sent to your subscribed mobile.
To make sure to validate the correct authentication request, a security code (for example PY-HT) will appear on your web page and it has to match to the one received on your mobile phone.

Click on the notification received.
Enable authentication.
Enter your password or if the fingerprint option is set-up, click on the icon to validate the notification.
Authentication verification is automatically sent to your web browser.
You are connected to the platform via your mobile phone!

Make sure that the security code (ex : PY-HT) is the same of the one displayed on your web page.
