High-voltage DC relays can be widely used in electric vehicles, hybrid vehicles, fuel cell vehicles, photovoltaic / wind power generation systems, cloud server power supply, battery charge and discharge systems, AGV (unmanned transport vehicles), scenic tour buses, golf carts, medical Equipment, construction equipment and construction machinery, surface heating systems, DC voltage power control, and heavy machinery equipment such as DC high voltage fields.
EV RELAY
Busbar high-voltage DC relay is mainly developed for the new energy industry. It adopts ceramic sealing structure. The contact chamber is filled with hydrogen mixed gas, combined with magnetic blowout and arc extinguishing, so that the shape can be made smaller and the contact gap is narrow. Efficient and safe cut-off of load voltage up to 1000 VDC; compact structure, low operating noise, high safety, arc zero arcing, and contact system sealed in reducing gas, therefore It is not affected by the harsh environment and it remains stable. The product adopts high temperature resistance, sturdiness and explosion-proof technology, and the product complies with the IP67 standard.

POWER REGULATOR
• Solar power system is of high safety with automatic switch that will cut off DC line when happens to fire.
• For maintenance, remote control is available with this voltage relay and cost is reduced accordingly.• Voltage relay as a automatic switch connecting to secondary battery
will cut off circuit automatically when detected failure of current.• Whole solar power system works in lower efficiency when happens to some failure of accessories and parts or panel is not exposed fully. Through changing lines connection( Connect to efficient circuit automatically) and cutting off certain batteries array( It depends on concrete situation), solar power system with voltage relay can keep working in high-efficiency.

Precautions:1. The polarity of the relay terminals of all models is different. Please be sure to use them correctly according to the marking on thesurface of each product. When the connection polarity is reversed, the promised electricity in this manual The device features willnot be guaranteed.
2. The values in the contact parameters are all values for resistive loads. If measures are taken, there may be a decrease inelectrical life and a cut-off failure. If you use two poles Tubes, may cause cut off performance, so please pay attention.
3. When operating the voltage test of the two-coil relay, the voltage cannot be increased slowly. Please use the fast rising edge(step feed mode) to coil the product. Move, otherwise the relay will not move.
4. It is forbidden to place the relay for longer than the temperature range of the product (-40°C~85°C).
5. Please do not install near strong magnetic accessories (around transformers, magnets) and heating objects.
6. Make sure that the main power cable is closest to the terminal of the relay, and then fasten it in the order of flat washers, springwashers, and nuts. Incorrect connection order may cause severe Heavy heat and cause the insulating layer of the connecting cableto melt.
7. The tightening torque of the screws in each part should be controlled within the following specified range. If it exceeds the range,damage may occur.
Note:there is a shockproof bubble bag in the packing box,and there is shockproof foam inside the box;
