Basic MOOC structure:• 6 weeks long• 5-10 learning hours/week• 1-2 hours of video/week• Videos split into 10 minute chunks

Signature Track has potential...

• Increases completion rates (99%-100% ST completion compared to 6%-18% completion for non-ST learners)

• Potential to fund MOOC development if offered by a vocational/skills-based MOOC, as they are both popular with learners who want to augment their CVs.

oversight .
