Each ticket must be used in correspondence with a pre-determined reservation and/or tee time. Ticket holdersthat attempt to redeem a ticket for a round of golf without a pre-determined reservation and/or tee time maybe refused access to the golf course at the sole discretion of Westwood Plateau Golf & Country Club.

All ticket holder or player names must be provided at the time of reservation booking. In addition, a valid creditcard number with expiry date and telephone number must be provided at the time of booking as security.Each Corporate Links account is entitled to send up to 12 guests to Westwood Plateau Golf & Country Clubper day. Any booked tee time may be cancelled outside of two days without penalty. Any tee time cancelledinside two days, and unable to be rebooked by Westwood Plateau Golf & Country Club, is the responsibility ofthe ticket holder and/or person who booked the tee time, and that ticket holder and/or person may be chargedthe Cancellation fee of $85 per player. The holder of the ticket hereby authorizes Westwood Plateau to chargeall cancellation fees incurred to the credit card that is provided at the time of booking. In the event ofunplayable weather on the day of play, please contact Westwood Plateau Golf & Country Club for cancellationapproval.

Each ticket is a revocable license which may be withdrawn and admission refused at any time by WestwoodPlateau Golf & Country Club. Resale or attempted resale at any price without the expressed written consentof Westwood Plateau Golf & CC is grounds for seizure or cancellation without refund or other compensation.Westwood Plateau reserves the right at its sole discretion and option to suspend ticket holder privileges basedon ticket holder and/or ticket holder guest misconduct.

For the use of any golf carts and rental equipment during the 2012 golf season, the ticket holder agrees tohold this Golf Club, and Rental Company or any of its agents free and harmless from any damages or claimsof any nature whatsoever that may arise from or through ticket holder use of said Golf Car or RentalEquipment. Each ticket holder represents that they are familiar with the operation and use of said Golf Car,and that they can operate and control the same. Each ticket holder will agree to pay for the cost of repairs,damages or loss sustained to the Golf Car and/or Rental Equipment while under the control or possession ofthe ticket holder.

Westwood Plateau Golf & Country Club requires that all Corporate Links tickets be redeemed during the golfseason in which they were issued. Any ticket not redeemed within the season it was issued may be void. Pleasecontact Westwood Plateau Golf & Country Club for further details if required. Westwood Plateau is scheduledto stay open until September 30, 2012 and may remain open after this date if conditions allow.
