DUTY ROSTER 2012: CANTEEN DUTIES :

If you are on canteen duty, please be

available at 10am.

The Canteen cannot be organised for the day if you are late.

Please provide a cake or slice for sale (wrapped individually).

These are also given to instructors

for morning & afternoon tea. Thanks.

Please note those on BBQ duty are to cook the BBQ and then help organize lunch

& serve at the canteen counter.

Please ensure at the end of canteen duty that you 1 – wipe down tables and chairs;

2 – pick up any rubbish lying around the clubrooms; 3 – place tables and chairs back in order; and 4 – bag all rubbish and leave in male toilets.

The rubbish is collected by the council during the week.

SETUP/PACKUP DUTIES :

Please try to set-up by 8:30am. For instructions for what is required, please

Speak to the D.C. or an instructor.

Trailer duty involves towing the jumps and other equipment trailer to the required area for set-up and then assistance loading/unloading.

Don’t forget, we need you to pack-up at the

end of the rally also.

From July there will also be a new job at the end of the day to harrow the arenas. The harrows are padlocked to the gates

and will need to be towed around after pack up.

**Any member who is unable to fulfill their roster duties,

please arrange a replacement member and let the Canteen Manager or the D.C. know, so that the roster can be changed accordingly.

***PLEASE NOTE*** *The above roster is designed to ensure that all members share the duties of

organising our rally days. We try to rotate the duties as fairly as possible. Unfortunately, some of our members have not been sharing the duties fairly

by not making themselves available when rostered on. It is perfectly understandable that sometimes the selected dates do not suit some of us.

However, we all get the same amount of notice via the newsletter to arrange our personal calendars. If you are not going to be available for a rostered duty,

please make alternative arrangements by swapping with another member. A phone call is all it takes to ensure our rally days are catered for!!
