Event Planning & Volunteer Management Worship Training Day, LIFE Church, 2012As Worship Department Coordinator, I oversaw all logistics and event planning details for this one day conference for worship teams across the UK and Europe. With over 400 attendees and over 100 volunteers, I managed all communication to team leaders and developed the running order of the day, ensuring smooth logistics for each seminar and the final concert. I directly managed several Worship Department Interns and was responsible for overall volunteer management. In addition to speaking in a workshop, I proofed print media as well as developing a phone marketing promotional campaign.
