1 red apple, thinly sliced

150g tub NESTL DIET Vanilla Yoghurt
1 Pre-heat oven to
180C or 160C

baking tray with
baking paper. Place
Weight WatchersFruit & FibreTropical in a bowland crush with your

crumbs orm. Add
oats, sweetener,
cinnamon,
psyllium and LSA and
mix until combined. Stir in Weight Watchers CanolaSpread until combined. Spread crumb mixture evenlyover prepared tray. Bake or 510 minutes, stirring
once, until golden.
2 Meanwhile, place strawberries, apple and kiwiruit in a
bowl. Toss to combine. Divide ruit mixture among
bowls. Serve topped with crumb and NESTL DIETVanilla Yoghurt.

3 medium roma tomatoes, quartered
4 fat mushrooms, halved
4 green shallots, cut into 5cm lengths
4 slices (55g) Weight Watchers Bacon, thickly sliced
4 eggs
4 x 45g slices soy and linseed bread
1 tbs Weight Watchers Canola Spread
1 Pre-heat oven to 200C
or 180C an-orced.
Place tomatoes,
mushrooms, shallots
and Weight WatchersBacon in a deep 15cmx 26cm ceramic
baking dish. Season
with salt and reshly
ground black pepper.
Lightly spray with oil
and toss to coat. Bake
or 15 minutes or
until tomatoes have
sotened and bacon is browned. Remove tray
rom oven.
2 Careully break eggs into tray, in and around the
vegetable and bacon mixture. Bake or 510 minutes
or until eggs are cooked to your liking.
3 Meanwhile, toast bread and spread with
Weight Watchers Canola Spread . Serve the hotbreakast mixture in the baking tray with toast.

1 cups (185g) sel-raising four
cup (180g) Weight Watchers Sour Cream
400g can Weight Watchers HalvedApricots, drained
cup (80g) Weight Watchers Apricot Fruit
Spread, warmed
2 x 34g pkts Weight Watchers Vanilla
Flavoured Custard powder
1 Preheat oven to 180C or 160C an-orced. Lightly
spray a 20cm round cake tin with oil. Line base
with baking paper.
2 Using electric beaters, beat Weight Watchers
Canola Spread and sugar until light and creamy.
Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating well ater each
addition. Add our and Weight Watchers Sour
Cream and beat until combined.
3 Spoon mixture into tin and smooth the surace.
Top with Weight Watchers Halved Apricots,
cut-side up. Spoon Weight Watchers ApricotFruit Spread over apricots to cover. Bake or
45 minutes or until cooked when tested with a
skewer. Stand cake in tin or 5 minutes beore
transerring to a wire rack to cool.
4 Meanwhile, make Weight Watchers Vanilla
Flavoured Custard ollowing packet instructions.
Serve cake with custard.

1 medium avocado, chopped
1 Lebanese cucumber, halved lengthwise, thinlysliced diagonally
cup (75g) Weight Watchers Mayonnaise
cup (60g) Weight Watchers Sour Cream
1 tsp nely grated lemon rind
1 tbs lemon juice
1 Cook potatoes in amedium saucepan o
boiling salted water
or 15 minutes or
until tender. Drain.
Allow to cool or
10 minutes beore
slicing thickly.
2 Meanwhile, dividebaby spinach and
rocket among
4 serving plates.

375g resh egg ettuccine pasta
200g smoked salmon, roughly chopped
150g Weight Watchers Sour Cream
50g Weight Watchers Cream Cheese
2 tbs nely chopped resh chives
2 tbs nely chopped resh dill
1 Cook pasta in a largesaucepan o salted
boiling water,
ollowing packet
instructions, or until
just tender. Drain.
Return pasta to
saucepan.
2 Meanwhile, placehal the smoked
salmon in a ood
processor. Add
Weight WatchersSour Cream, Weight Watchers Cream Cheese,and hal o both the chives and dill. Process until
sauce is smooth.
3 Add sauce to pasta and toss until well combined. Foldthrough remaining smoked salmon and most o the
remaining chives and dill.
4 Divide pasta mixture among plates and sprinkle withremaining chives and dill. Serve.
SERVE WITH: A 0 ProPoints value green salad.

2 x 60g pieces lavash bread
x 125g pkt (3 slices) Weight Watchers Bacon,nely chopped
cup (50g) Bega So Extra Light 50% grated cheese
cup (30g) parmesan cheese, grated
1 egg, lightly beaten
3 green shallots, thinly sliced
1 tbs nely chopped resh fat-lea parsley leaves
1 Preheat oven to 180C or 160C an-orced. Lightly
spray a 12-hole (2tbs/40ml capacity) patty cake tin
with oil. Cut lavash into twelve 7cm rounds. Press
lavash rounds into each prepared hole.
2 Heat a small non-stick rying pan over
medium-high heat. Add Weight WatchersBacon and cook, stirring occasionally, or23 minutes or until golden. Set aside.
3 Place bacon, Bega So Extra Light 50%,parmesan, egg, shallots and parsley in a
medium bowl and stir until well combined.
Season with sea salt and reshly ground
black pepper.
4 Spoon bacon mixture into prepared bread
cases. Bake or 1015 minutes or until
golden and set. Serve.

400g can diced tomatoes
140g tub tomato paste
1 vegetable stock cube, crumbled
250g tub Weight Watchers Cream Cheese
250g tub Weight WatchersCottage Cheese
250g pkt dried instant lasagne sheets
100g Bega So Extra Light 50%grated cheese
1 Preheat oven to 180C or 160C an-orced.
Lightly spray an 18cm x 25cm (base
measurement) baking dish with oil.
2 Lightly spray a large non-stick rying pan
with oil and heat over medium heat. Add
onion, garlic and capsicum and cook,
stirring, or 5 minutes or until onion issotened. Stir in mushrooms, tomatoes,
tomato paste, 1 cup (250ml) water and
stock cube and bring to the boil. Reduce
heat to low and simmer or 10 minutes or
until thickened slightly.
3 Meanwhile, beat Weight Watchers CreamCheese and WeightWatchers CottageCheese until well combined. Microwavemixture on High (100%) or 2030 seconds
to make the mixture easier to spread.
4 Spread one-third o the tomato mixture
over base o prepared dish. Top with a
single layer o lasagne sheets and hal the
cheese mixture. Add another layer o
lasagne sheets, hal the remaining tomato
mixture and all the remaining cheese
mixture. Top with a nal layer o lasagne
sheets and remaining tomato mixture.
Sprinkle with Bega SoExtra Light 50%and bake or 50 minutes
or until pasta is tender
and top is golden brown.
TIP: Cover lasagne
with oil i the top is
browning too much.

2 x 150g tubs vanilla romage rais 99% at ree275g reduced-at resh ricotta cheese
1 tsp nely grated lemon rind
125g blueberries
250g raspberries
2 tsp icing sugar, to dust
1 Lightly spray the sides o a 12cm x 34cm rectangular
loose-based uted an tin with oil
(no need to spray base).
2 Place Weight Watchers Choc Chip Cookies ina ood processor and process or 1 minute or
until ne crumbs orm. Add Weight WatchersCanola Spread and process or a ew secondsor until combined.
3 Using the back o a spoon, rmly press biscuit mixture over
base and sides o prepared tin. Rerigerate or 1 hours or
until rm.
4 Place romage rais, ricotta and rind in ood processor and
process until well combined and smooth.
5 Careully remove biscuit base rom tin and slide onto a
serving platter (see tip). Spoon romage rais mixture into
cavity and scatter with berries. Serve dusted with icing sugar.

bring to the boil. Remove rom heat and set aside
to cool slightly.

We used standard metric measuring equipment approved by Standards
Australia. This includes:
1. A 250 millilitre jug or measuring liquids
2. A graduated set o our measuring cups (1 cup, 12 cup, 13 cup and 14 cup) or
measuring dry ingredients such as four, sugar etc.
3. A graduated set o our measuring spoons (1 tablespoon, 1 teaspoon,12 teaspoon, 14 teaspoon) or small liquid and dry ingredients.
Be aware that while Australian, New Zealand, UK and US teaspoons all
have 5ml capacity only Australian tablespoons are 2 0ml. New Zealand,
