    1 Pre-heat oven to

    180C or 160C

    4 fat mushrooms, halved

    4 green shallots, cut into 5cm lengths

    4 slices (55g) Weight Watchers Bacon, thickly sliced

    4 eggs

    4 x 45g slices soy and linseed bread

    1 tbs Weight Watchers Canola Spread

    1 Pre-heat oven to 200C

    or 180C an-orced.

    Place tomatoes,

    mushrooms, shallots

    and Weight WatchersBacon in a deep 15cmx 26cm ceramic

    baking dish. Season

    with salt and reshly

    ground black pepper.

    Lightly spray with oil

    and toss to coat. Bake

    or 15 minutes or

    until tomatoes have

    sotened and bacon is browned. Remove tray

    rom oven.

    2 Careully break eggs into tray, in and around the

    vegetable and bacon mixture. Bake or 510 minutes

    or until eggs are cooked to your liking.

    3 Meanwhile, toast bread and spread with

    Weight Watchers Canola Spread . Serve the hotbreakast mixture in the baking tray with toast.

    cup (110g) caster sugar

    1 cups (185g) sel-raising four

    cup (180g) Weight Watchers Sour Cream

    400g can Weight Watchers HalvedApricots, drained

    Spread, warmed

    2 x 34g pkts Weight Watchers Vanilla

    Flavoured Custard powder

    1 Preheat oven to 180C or 160C an-orced. Lightly

    spray a 20cm round cake tin with oil. Line base

    with baking paper.

    2 Using electric beaters, beat Weight Watchers

    Canola Spread and sugar until light and creamy.

    Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating well ater each

    addition. Add our and Weight Watchers Sour

    Cream and beat until combined.

    3 Spoon mixture into tin and smooth the surace.

    Top with Weight Watchers Halved Apricots,

    cut-side up. Spoon Weight Watchers ApricotFruit Spread over apricots to cover. Bake or

    45 minutes or until cooked when tested with a

    skewer. Stand cake in tin or 5 minutes beore

    transerring to a wire rack to cool.

    4 Meanwhile, make Weight Watchers Vanilla

    Flavoured Custard ollowing packet instructions.

    Serve cake with custard.

    375g resh egg ettuccine pasta

    200g smoked salmon, roughly chopped

    150g Weight Watchers Sour Cream

    50g Weight Watchers Cream Cheese

    2 tbs nely chopped resh chives

    2 tbs nely chopped resh dill

    1 Cook pasta in a largesaucepan o salted

    boiling water,

    ollowing packet

    instructions, or until

    just tender. Drain.

    Return pasta to

    saucepan.

    2 Meanwhile, placehal the smoked

    salmon in a ood

    processor. Add

    Weight WatchersSour Cream, Weight Watchers Cream Cheese,and hal o both the chives and dill. Process until

    sauce is smooth.

    3 Add sauce to pasta and toss until well combined. Foldthrough remaining smoked salmon and most o the

    remaining chives and dill.

    4 Divide pasta mixture among plates and sprinkle withremaining chives and dill. Serve.

    cup (50g) Bega So Extra Light 50% grated cheese

    cup (30g) parmesan cheese, grated

    1 egg, lightly beaten

    3 green shallots, thinly sliced

    1 tbs nely chopped resh fat-lea parsley leaves

    1 Preheat oven to 180C or 160C an-orced. Lightly

    spray a 12-hole (2tbs/40ml capacity) patty cake tin

    with oil. Cut lavash into twelve 7cm rounds. Press

    lavash rounds into each prepared hole.

    2 Heat a small non-stick rying pan over

    medium-high heat. Add Weight WatchersBacon and cook, stirring occasionally, or23 minutes or until golden. Set aside.

    3 Place bacon, Bega So Extra Light 50%,parmesan, egg, shallots and parsley in a

    medium bowl and stir until well combined.

    Season with sea salt and reshly ground

    black pepper.

    4 Spoon bacon mixture into prepared bread

    1 Preheat oven to 180C or 160C an-orced.

    Lightly spray an 18cm x 25cm (base

    measurement) baking dish with oil.

    2 Lightly spray a large non-stick rying pan

    with oil and heat over medium heat. Add

    onion, garlic and capsicum and cook,

    stirring, or 5 minutes or until onion issotened. Stir in mushrooms, tomatoes,

    tomato paste, 1 cup (250ml) water and

    stock cube and bring to the boil. Reduce

    heat to low and simmer or 10 minutes or

    until thickened slightly.

    3 Meanwhile, beat Weight Watchers CreamCheese and WeightWatchers CottageCheese until well combined. Microwavemixture on High (100%) or 2030 seconds

    to make the mixture easier to spread.

    4 Spread one-third o the tomato mixture

    over base o prepared dish. Top with a

    single layer o lasagne sheets and hal the

    cheese mixture. Add another layer o

    lasagne sheets, hal the remaining tomato

    mixture and all the remaining cheese

    mixture. Top with a nal layer o lasagne

    sheets and remaining tomato mixture.

    Sprinkle with Bega SoExtra Light 50%and bake or 50 minutes

    or until pasta is tender
