Create e-learning curriculum focused to written business communication
Deliver e-learning curriculum providing rapid access to knowledge and information in regards to writing effective business emails, memos, and letters
E-learning module that assists business professional to
communicate effectively with co-workers and clients.
95% of users that complete this training should be able to write effective business letters, memos, and emails.

The challenges faced during this project were:
Time: we worked through each day including weekend to complete this curriculum in time.
Staff: Availability of team members to meet face to face. We use email and telephone conversation to reduce is barrier.
Technology: were limited to hosting through Moodle.
