Recommended Areas of Improvement
• Make presentations shorter or increase time
• Give CEUs out in classes, rather than at the end of the conference
• Allow sufficient time for hot topics
• Please audiotape sessions so we can hear even if we cannot come to the conference
• Provide more handouts for presentations
• Basic vs. Advanced sessions*
• No more long-winded speakers after lunch!

• More hands-on computer-type classes (coding/billing)
• Have more vendors; – Reconsider vendor hours
