Sit Up & ThrowNeed 2 GeoMats® with 9’s facing (mats corners are facing) and 1 medicine ballPartners face each other – Both sitting on 5 with feet on 9

Partner A holds a medicine ball ready to perform sit up and throw

Partner A lays back and taps the ball on 1 on mat or behind head

Partner A sits up

Partner A passes the ball to Partner B

Partner B performs the sit up Partner B will pass the ball to Partner A to continue the activity

Jump 4 CornersNeed 1 GeoMat®

Partners both are standing - Partner A is in 1 facing 7 -Partner B is in 9 facing 3

• Partners jump four corners going clockwise• Partner A is jumping 7, 9, 3, 1 – repeat• Partner B is jumping 9, 3, 1, 7 – repeat• Both need to try and time jumps but at fast

pace• Continues for approx 15 seconds – then jump

counter clockwise

Trunk TwistNeed 2 GeoMats® and 1 medicine ball Partners sit on 5 back to back - Partner A has feet in 1 facing North West - Partner B has feet in 9 facing

South East

• Partner A holds a medicine ball ready to perform trunk twist• Partner A rotates at the trunk clockwise and passes the ball to Partner B• Partner B receives the ball and rotates clockwise to pass the ball to Partner A• Continues for approx 15 seconds – then rotate counter-clockwise

Straddle Jump Squats

• Partner A is standing in 2 (will jump straddle to 1 & 3)• Partner B is standing in 8 (will jump straddle to 7 & 9)• Both will jump their feet to straddle then perform squat• Then jump back together and perform small squat• Try to synchronize 4 counts and repeat (straddle, squat, together, squat)

Alternate Lunges

• Partner A lunges to 7 – then alternates legs• Partner B lunges to 3 – then alternates• Both need to try and time lunges

• Partner A has medicine ball and throws to Partner B• Partner B catches the ball• Both jump laterally – Partner A jumps to 7 – Partner B jumps to 9• Partner B throws the ball to Partner A• Partner A catches• Both jump laterally Partner A jumps back to 1 – Partner B jumps back to 3

Mountain Climbers - Rotate

Need 1 GeoMat®

Partners face each – Partner A with hands on 1 & 3 – Partner B with hands on 7 & 9

• Both perform R & L Mountain Climber• Then without standing move hands and feet

¼ around mat counter clockwise and perform R & L Mountain Climber

• Keep moving and perform until you get back to beginning position then reverse directions and go clockwise

• Partner A is standing in 2 (will jump straddle to 1 & 3)• Partner B is standing in 8 (will kick over 2)• Coordination and timing is very important• Partner A must straddle first to avoid being kicked – the sequence is Straddle, Together, Kick R,

Front Support – “Steal the Bacon”

• The goal is to grab the bean bag in the middle

• Each partner gets a point for each “grab”

Need 1 GeoMat® and 1 bean bag

Partners in plank position facing each other - Partner A has hands on 1 & 3 - Partner B has hands on 7 & 9

Roll & Go

• Both push their stability directly across from them toward the other mat

Need 4 GeoMats® and two large stability ballsPartner A is standing behind 2 facing south - Partner B is standing behind 8 facing north

• Both slide over to other mat to receive the incoming ball

• Both push again and slide over to their orignal mat to receive the ball

• Partner keep sliding back and forth – receiving the ball and pushing it back

Partner Bicycle

• Both place the soles of their feet against their partners feet with knees bent approx 90 degrees• They “cycle” their feet as fast as they can while maintaining control

Need 2 GeoMats® Partners are facing each other - Both sit on 5 then lay back with heads on 1

Chest Pass and CircleNeed 2 GeoMats® and 1 medicine ballPartners face each on two different mats both standing on 5

• Partner A holds a medicine ball – performs a ball press over the head then brings ball down ready for a chest pass

• Once Partner A passes the ball to Partner B, Partner A runs as fast as they can around the mat and jumps back on 5 while Partner B is performing ball press over the head and preparing for chest pass

• Sequence: Ball Press, Chest Pass, Run around Mat, Receive Pass

Ball Taps

• Partner A is standing in 2 with right foot on ball• Partner B is standing in 8 with right foot on ball• Both will reverse feet and tap ball simultaneously with left foot• Continue alternating tapping right and left • Partners can work together to move the ball toward the East then toward the West

Leg WrestleNeed 1 GeoMat® Partners both are lying on the matPartner A has head on 1 right leg across 7 and left leg raised in the airPartner B has head on 9 with right leg across 3 and left leg in the air

• Partners try to “hook” the others leg and try to press it down to the floor• After approx 15 seconds switch sides and perform with other leg

• Partner A has a ball on 9 and pushes the ball toward 1 to Partner B

• Partner B pushes the ball from 1 to 3 then performs push up then pushes ball from to 7 to Partner A

• Partner A performs pushes ball from 7 to 9 then performs push up then pushes ball from 9 to 1

• Continue for approx 15 seconds then reverse • Variation is to stay in front support without a push up
